Carmel Corn - Dru

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup karo syrup
1/2 tsp salt

Bring to boil on medium heat. Cook 5 minutes. Take off heat, add 1/2 tsp baking soda. Pour over popped popcorn (about 1 cup unpopped kernels) and stir.
