In bottom of kitchen aid mixing bowl, let sit 5 minutes:
2 1/2 cups hot water
2 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
Dump into yeast:
6-8 cups flour
1 Tbsp salt
2 big heaping Tbsp oil
Knead 5 minutes with dough hook. Rest 10 minutes covered.
Divide into 3rds. Knead and roll it in to 3 french loaves.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise 30 minutes, until doubled
Bake 20 minutes at 350°
