A Christmas tradition, made best by Grandma Neet!
1 ripe avocado, diced small
1 tomato, diced small
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp accent (MSG)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Seeds of one ripe pomegranate (save some seeds to garnish top of dip)
Barely mix ingredients together. Don't overmix or it will go mushy. Cover and chill. Serve with large corn chips. Makes 1 pint. A double recipe will be enough for one 11 oz bag large corn chips.
