Nostalgic from my childhood, these are probably the easiest, quickest cookie to make out there. Delicious too! Loren, who doesn't like coconut even said they were super good.
Cream:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
Add:
1 unbeaten egg
Sift and add:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Blend in:
3 Tbsp orange juice
3/4 cup flaked coconut
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes
Frost while still warm
Frosting:
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
dash salt
