I survived on this peach ice cream the whole time I was pregnant with Kayla.
1 1/4 cups sliced fresh peaches or strawberries.
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
dash salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
few drops red food coloring
Mash peaches with potato masher.
Add 1/4 cup sugar and lemon juice.
Beat egg and add 1/2 cup sugar
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into electric freeze and run fro 20-30 minutes.
