Ham & Sour Cream Potatoes

 I made this all the time when my kids were growing up.


6 medium potatoes with skin, parboiled and shredded

1/4 cup melted butter

1 can cream of chicken soup

8 oz sour cream

1/3 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 cup diced cooked ham


Mix together and bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Serve with asparagus, salad, and hot buttered rolls. Serves 6-8
