Crusty Dutch Oven Sourdough Bread - Jodi

Jodi uses THIS recipe. (to feed starter, she does a rationof 1:2 of water and flour, maybe a little more flour)

125 grams active starter
390 grams water
500 grams high quality bread flour
12 grams fine sea salt 

Bake at 450 for 35 min and then 10-15 with lid off. She found that silicone liners under the dough, instead of parchment helps not to burn.
