1 lb ground turkey
1 12 oz tomato paste
1/4 onion chopped
sliced mushrooms
1 zucchini
1 1/2 tsp oregano leves
1 egg
1/2 cup parmesan
8 ox lasagna noodles
28 oz whole tomatoes
12 oz tomato sauce
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp basil leaves
2 cups cottage cheese
12 oz shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Brown meat, saute onion, zucchini, and mushrooms. Add tomato and seasonings; simmer 20 min.
Stir together cottage cheese, egg, and 1/2 cup parmesan.
Layer: meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese (2x), mozzarella (3x). End with meat sauce and mozzarella and 1/2 cup parmesan.
Bake 350 uncovered for 45 min. Let stand 15 min.
