Crust Topping
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
Melt butter and mix with above ingredients. Place in a 9x13 pan. Place in 325 oven until golden brown (about 25 min) Stir 3 or 4 times. Line bottom of pan with 3/4 mixture. Set remainder aside for topping.
Filling
10 oz pkg frozen strawberries
3 T lemon juice
1 cup sugar
3 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 pint whipping cream
Beat strawberries, lemon juice, egg whites and sugar together till fluffy (15 min on high speed) Whip cream and add vanilla. FOLD into strawberry mixture. Place on top of crust. Sprinkle with remaining nut mixture. Freeze. Serves 12-15
