Carmel Corn - Mom (another childhood favorite)

 6 qts popped corn

2 cups packed brown sugar

2 cubes margarine

1/2 cup white corn syrup

1/2 tsp salt


Boil together for 5 min. Remove from heat. Add 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp butter flavoring. Mix into popcorn. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
