1.5 lb lean ground beef
1 C tomato juice
3/4 C Quaker oats, uncooked
1 egg or 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/4 C chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8x4 loaf pan. Bake at 350 1 hour. Drain and let stand 5 min
