1 18oz box white cake mix
1 3oz box lemon instant pudding mix
1 cup oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup ginger ale
1 tsp lemon zest
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, ginger ale, and lemon zest. Pour into a greased angel food or bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 min, turn out onto wire rack for additional cooling
Lemon Cream Cheese Glaze
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 T butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp lemon zest
3 T lemon juice (or juice of 1 lemon)
Mix all ingredients. Pour on cooled cake!
