Sweet & Sour Chicken - I made this recipe a lot when I was first married

 chicken breast, cut up (desired amount)

1 cup catsup

3/4 cup white vinegar

1 1/2 tsp mustard

1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar


Combine last four ing. in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 min. 

Place chicken in baking dish, brush generously with sauce.

Bake at 350 for 30 min. Turn and bake 30 minutes more, basting frequently with sauce.


Serve with rice, broccoli and hot buttered rolls
