5 chicken breasts, boiled and finely sliced or shredded (can shred after cooked using the cookie paddle in kitchen aid mixer)
1 can chow mein noodles
4 cups steamed rice
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 cups grated cheddar
coconut & slivered almonds to garnish
olives (optional)
Sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk or chicken broth
1 cube butter
1/2 cup flour
Alternate Sauce:
Brown gravy or chicken gravy packet and 1 cup sour cream, heated and thinned or Cream of Chicken and Sour Cream - Caroline
