4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 Tbsp country style dijon mustard
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp honey
• Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, brown both sides in butter in a deep frying pan or skillet
• Combine water, lemon juice, dijon mustard, worcestershire and honey and pour over chicken in pan.
• Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer 12-30 minutes
Serve with rice, salad, rolls
