2-3 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
flour
egg
cooking oil
Sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
3 Tbsp catsup
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1. Dip thin strips of chicken in egg, then lightly flour. Brown lightly in oil (don't cook through)
2. Place in casserole dish. Prepare sauce by mixing ingredients well and pour over strips. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 425°
