Mary Carol's Soup..perfect for a luncheon with friends
Chop & Saute: one onion, one bell pepper, and one cup of celery
In a large pot cook:
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
3-4 cans Chicken Broth
1 can Green Chilies
salt, pepper & cumin to taste
In individual Soup Bowl:
Crush handful of Tostido Chips to bite size pieces
chopped Tomatoes (2-4 heaping table spoons?)
chopped Avocados (1-3 table spoons?)
sprinkle with Shredded Cheese (to taste)
dollop of Sour Cream
add hot Soup and enjoy
