Tortellini Soup - Jodi Chatham

3 carrots sliced
2 celery chopped
1 onion diced
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 can italian style tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
4C chicken broth (2 cans/1 larger box)
4 breasts chicken cooked and chopped(or chopped rotisserie)
1 small bag tortellini
bunch spinach (optional)

Sauté the carrots, celery, onion and pepper about 5-7 mins
Add the tomatoes
Add the soups cook until carrots are done.  Season with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning
Add chicken and tortellini, bring to a boil and and cook until the tortellini are done to package directions.
Add the spinach
