1 Tbsp olive oil
4 bacon chopped
2 large shallots
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained
Heat oil. Cook bacon in it. Drain off fait. Add chopped shallots, cook 1 min. Add cream. Bring to boil. Turn off heat and add sun-dried tomatoes.
Serve over raviolis, sprinkle with pine nuts, cheese and/or parsley.
