Stuffed Shells - Amy Hall

 1 box Jumbo Pasta Shells

1 Jar Marinara Sauce

1 TBSP Olive Oil

1 Container Ricotta Cheese (15 oz)

2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 TBSP dried Italian Blend Seasoning

Salt and Pepper to Taste


Preheat oven to 350

Cook pasta shell according to package directions

Drain pasta and toss with olive oil, lace on sheet tray to cool

Spray 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray

Spread 1 cup marinara sauce on bottom of baking dish


In a large bowl combine ricotta, parmesan ad mozzarella together along with egg, salt, pepper and italian seasoning Fill each cooked shell with equal amounts of mixture. Arrange shells opening side up in the baking dish, top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Bake covered with foil until bubbly. About 30 minutes.
