These crescent rolls are light and fluffy!
Small bowl:
2 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup warm water
Big Bowl (Like BIG from dollar store one)
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp salt
Pour 3 cups hot water over these dry . Add 6 eggs - whisk together. Add yeast mixture. Set aside 10 min.
Add 6 cups flour - whisk until creamy and smooth
Add 6 more cups flour. Mix with wooden spoon. (don't knead) The less you handle roll dough, the better.
Let rise until above bowl. Dump onto floured surface. Roll into a log and create 8 equal sections.
Roll out each at a time into a circle. Cut 8 triangles with pizza cutter. Roll into crescent. Let rise until double in size on cookie sheet sprayed with pam.
Bake 350 degrees - 8 minutes.
