Pretzel Jello - Paige

 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels

Melt together 1 cup butter and 2 T sugar and pour over pretzels. Bake 10 min at 375° - Cool


Mix together:

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup sugar

8-12 oz cool whip


1 large 1 small raspberry jello

2 1/2 cups boiling water

2 10 oz frozen raspberries (I bought 16 oz)


It will start to set. Before it gets too set up but not too warm, pour over pretzels and cream cheese. Refrigerate.


Mix the pretzels, meted butter and sugar together, then press into the bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake and let it cool a bit.

Then mix the cream cheese stuff together and spread that over the pretzel layer. Make sure you get it all the way to the edges, kind of making seal over the pretzels, you don't want the jello getting under the cream.

Then spread the frozen berries and pour the jello.
