Lasagna - Paula Sumsion Smith (made with uncooked noodles)

 1 lb ground beef

2 8 oz cans tomato sauce

1/2 lb uncooked lasagna noodles

8 oz (2 cups) shredded mozzarella

3 oz pkg Schilling spaghetti sauce mix

3 cups water

12 oz cottage cheese

1/3 cup grated parmesan


Brown meat and drain fat. Add tomato sauce, water and spaghetti sauce mix. Simmer 10 min. In a 9x13 dish, layer 1 1/2 cup sauce, uncooked noodles, more sauce, then each of the cheeses. Repeat, making sure the noodles are immersed in sauce. Refrigerate several hours. Then bake at 350 for 45 min. Let stand 15 min.
