Brazilian Halibut - Tiffiny Sowards

4 halibut steaks

place in baking dish


Sauce

6 cloves garlic, peeled

1/2 medium onion, quartered

1/4 C olive oil

1/4 C cooking wine or apple juice

2 T ketchup 

2 T Season All

1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper


Combine and pour in blender and process to a smooth puree. 


Add 1 T coriander and pulse just to mix


Pour over the fish, turning the steaks to coat. Cover and let marinate in fridge 1 hour. 


Preheat grill to high. Cook the steaks until opaque in the center when pierced with a knife, 4-6 min per side
