Chicken A La Orange - Tammy Dickson

 2-3 small chicken breasts, skinned and de-boned

2 T flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp paprika

1 can Cream of Chicken

1/2 soup can of orange juice

dash ginger

dash nutmeg

3 orange slices, cut in half


Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika together and dust on chicken. Brown in oil, drain and set aside.

Stir together soup, juice, ginger and nutmeg and pour over chicken in large skillet.

Cover and cook over low heat for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.

Add orange slices and cook uncovered 15 minutes
