Chicken Tetrazzini - Stefani

1/2 C butter

1/2 C flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 C chicken broth

2 C milk

1 oz pkg spaghetti, cooked

2 C chicken, cubed

6 oz mushrooms, drained

1 C parmesan cheese


Melt butter, blend in seasonings and flour. stir over low heat till smooth and bubbly. Remvoe from heat, stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly for 1 min. Stir in spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese, bake at 350 uncovered for 30 min. Place under broiler to brown.
