Chili Relleno Bites - Donna Gonzales

 2 small cans diced chilies

5 cups sharp cheddar

6 eggs, beaten well

dash tobasco


Place chilies on bottom of 9x13 glass pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Add tobasco sauce to beaten eggs and pour over cheese

Bake 350 for 30-35 min. Cool and cut into bite size squares
