Gourmet Sweet & Sour Meatballs - Served at our wedding

 2 lb ground beef

1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup

1 cup bread crumbs

1 cup hot water

2 eggs

dash of nutmeg

dash of garlic powder


Sauce:

1 cup brown sugar

3 cups pineapple juice

 1 can pineapple chunks

6 T vinegar

1/2 cup water

1 green pepper, cubed


Mix top ingredients and make into balls. Cook in oven on broiling pan

Mix sauce ingredients. Heat to dissolve and thicken with 1/2 cup corn starch (always mix a little cold water with corn starch to make a paste)
