Honey Mustard Chicken

4 chicken breasts skinned and deboned

salt and pepper

2 T butter

3/4 C water

1/4 C lemon juice

3 T country style Dijon mustard

2 T Worcestershire sauce

1 T honey


Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and brown both sides in butter in a skillet. Combine last five ingredients and pour over chicken. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 12-30 min more.


Serve with rice, salad, rolls
