2 T each; red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, water
salt and pepper
2 small garlic cloves
15oz pork cutlets
bottled salsa
4 pita breads (1oz each) heated
1/2 C plain low fat yogurt
In small saucepan, combine vinegar, Worcestershire, water and 1/4 tsp each, salt and pepper.
Mash 2 garlic cloves; add to saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is heated through, about 2 min.
Pour into a glass bowl; add pork, turn to coat with marinade ; let stand at room temp 5 min.
Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade. Broil in a broiling pan, turning several times, basting with reserved marinade, until pork is browned and cooked, 8-10 min
Thinly slice cooked pork; Cut each pita in half, forming a pocket. Fill each half with 1/8 of the pork slices and 1/8 salsa
