ground flaxseed (to equal 3/4 C butter)
splenda brown sugar (to equal 1 C)
1/2 C splenda
1/4 C fat free milk
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 C whole wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 C oats
1 C raisins
Heat oven to 350. Mix sugars, milk, egg and vanilla. Mix flaxseed, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt and add to wet mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Press into pan. Bake 12-15 min or longer if needed. Cut into bars and cool. They are somewhat crumbly.
