1 pkg brownies (cooked, cooled, crumbled on bottom of springform pan)
Filling:
Beat 3 8oz pkgs of cream cheese
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
2 T flour
1 tsp vanilla
1. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed till smooth. Add 4 eggs all at once, beat on low speed just till combined. Don't overbeat. Stir in 1/4 cup milk.
2. Pour over brownies. set the pan on a shallow baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 45 min -0 1 hour. till center appears nearly set when shaken
3. Cook cheesecake in pan on a wire rack for 15 min. Use a small metal spatula to loosen crust from sides of pan. Cool 30 min more. Remove sides of pan. Cool 1 hour. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
Chocolate Ganash Topping
1/3 cup whipping cream
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Cook cream until barely starts to bubble. Pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 5 min. Stir. Add 1/4 - 1.2 tsp vanilla
