3 cans Swanson's Vegetable Broth
1/2 lb Penne Pasta
1/2 Fennel Bulb (also called anise)
1 yellow zucchini
1 green zucchini
6 green onions
1 chopped onion
14oz can stewed tomatoes
1 can canellini beans
freshly grated parmesan
Heat broth in pan. Add chopped fennel and onion and simmer 10 min. Add pasta and simmer 15 min. Add green onions and the rest of the ingredients and simmer 10 min.
