CRUST
Mix and line 8x12 or round pie pan:
20 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
FILLING
Beat until smooth
Pour intoshell and bake 20 min at 350, cool.
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
TOPPING
Cook until thick, then cool. Pour over pie. Serve with whipped cream (Best with whipped cream spread over the top and then refrigerated for several hours)
2 cans blueberries (do not drain)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn starch
