8 medium potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C sour cream
1 C milk
1/3 C chopped onion
1 C grated cheese
1 C Ritz cracker crumbs OR bread crumbs
2 T butter, melted
3 T parmesan (optional)
Boil potatoes with skins. Cool. Peel. Grate. Place in 9x13 pan
Mix next five ingredients and pour over potatoes. Do not mix.
Mix last three ingredients and sprinkle over top of potatoes.
Bake 350 for 30-40 min
