Green Salad with Bacon & Almonds (Dru)

Lettuce: 3 varieties; iceberg, green & red
Brown 1/2 lb. bacon - crumble
4 oz fresh grated parmesan cheese
4 oz fresh grated mozzarella cheese
4 oz roasted slivered almonds (Roast in oven on cookie sheet until golden brown)

Dressing:
1/4 cup chopped purple onion
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup sugar

Blend in blender. Add 1 cup oil while still blending. Extra dressing can be stored in refrigerator
