Tasty Pizza Crust (Lisa Nicolaysen)

3 cups flour
1 Tbsp Saf-instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil, crushed
1 Tbsp oregano, crushed
1/2 - 1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.
Knead dough until smooth and elastic (add more water or flour so dough does not stick to bowl)
Roll out and shape onto pizza pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Let rise 20-30 minutes while preparing toppings
Top with toppings
Bake at 400° for 12-18 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
