Texas Cake (Amy Hall) - Kayla's Favorite

CAKE

Blend together

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar

Boil together for 1 minute

1 cube butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup water

Add

1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Pour into greased jelly roll pan & bake for 20 minutes at 350° (Cool)

FROSTING

Melt and bring to boil

1 cube butter
1/4 cup cocoa
5 Tbsp milk

Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Pour and spread on cake. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
