Alfredo Sauce - Ramona Starkweather / Marcie Richards

Melt one cube of butter with a spoonful of chopped garlic and then add one cup of heavy cream and stir until combined. Add one cup of Parmesan (or half parmesan/half Romano)- finely shredded, over warm heat until melted, stirring frequently. It kinda takes awhile for the cheese to melt. Always put a bowl of the extra cheese out in case people want to add more to their pasta. Double this recipe and do two boxes of bow tie pasta for a crowd.
