Mexican Quinoa - Marissa Davis

1 cup quinoa

1 1/2 cups chicken broth

1 can black beans

1 can corn

1/2 bottle of medium pace salsa

1/4 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp garlic powder or one clove fresh garlic


Garnish

Sour Cream

Cheese 

Avocado Cilantro

Tortilla Chips


Steps

Pour ingredients into rice cooker and cook on rice setting
