3 TBS Salt
2 TBS MSG
1/4 cup shoyu
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 Tbs Liquid Smoke
5 lbs Pork Roast (Pork Butt)
Mix all ingredients. Place in crock pot for 5 hours or in roasting pan and bake at 375 for 5 hours
Elsie omits the salt and msg. (Sometimes add A-1 Sauce)
