Sourdough Bread - Rachel Clayson

To feed starter: 1 part starter to 2 parts flour and 2 parts water

(Example: 50g starter, 100g water, 100g flour)


DOUGH:

150g starter, 10g walt, 300g water, 450g flour (you can use half All Purpose and half Bread Flour if you want)

Bake at 450 degrees 40 minutes with lid, and then 10-15ish minutes with no lid
