Poppy Seed Bread - Melody Hull

3 eggs

2 cups sugar

3/4 cup vegetable oil

3 cup flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 tsp butter flavoring

1 1/2 tsp almond flavoring

1 1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds


Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 Tbsp orange juice

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp butter flavoring

1/4 tsp almond flavoring


Mix sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 3 small or 2 medium loaf pans, well-greased. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and glaze while still warm.
