Simple and delicious fall crockpot dinner. Amy Hall created this one and served it to us for Sunday dinner with homemade rolls.
15 gala apples
pork roast
brown sugar
cinnamon
Citrus Grill, seasoning by Tone's
Cut up about 15 Gala apples and place in the bottom of a crock pot. Generously sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Place the pork roast on top and add a generous amount of citrus seasoning (called "Citrus Grill" by Tone's)
Cook in crockpot all morning during church. Don't add any water, the juice from apples and pork are perfect.
